What are the office hours?
Our main office is located at 901 Maxwell St, Lake Geneva, WI, and is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

What are the access hours?
All locations provide 24-hour gated access for customers in good standing, giving you flexibility to access your storage unit whenever you need.

Am I required to store long-term?
No. We offer both short-term and long-term storage solutions, so you can rent a unit for as long as you need.

What am I not allowed to store?
Storage units may not be used for hazardous materials, perishable items, illegal substances, or flammable goods. Business inventory, RVs, and vehicles may have specific restrictions depending on the location.


How do I pay my storage bill?
We offer online bill pay at all locations for convenient, secure payment of your monthly storage rental.

How do I rent a unit?
You can rent a unit online or in person at our main office. Simply select your preferred location and unit size, complete the required documentation, and get access immediately.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid government-issued photo ID and a completed rental agreement are required to rent a storage unit. Some locations may also require proof of residency.

What storage options do you offer?
We offer a variety of storage solutions, including drive-up outdoor units, indoor climate-controlled units, humidity-controlled units, portable storage, and indoor vehicle storage.

What security features do you offer?
Our facilities are fenced and gated, with security cameras and well-lit grounds to ensure the safety of your belongings. Some locations also offer climate- and humidity-controlled indoor storage for extra protection.

What unit size do I need?
